about

From project management to content production and writing to arts-based education non-profit, I consider myself a multi-versed individual.

We begin at Urban Arts Partnership (2010 – 2015), the largest arts-based education non-profit in New York City that used the arts as a vehicle for societal change. As the Associate Program Director, my proudest achievement is proposing and launching the Alumni Scholars Program. This initiative provided job placements, real-world workshops, and post-high school opportunities for program graduates.

In 2016, I found myself in the accessibility sector. I served as Project Manager at Bridge Multimedia, a digital media agency that produced accessible media for people with disabilities. As someone living with a hearing disability, working at Bridge unlocked a passion for working with and for people like me. My success in managing full content lifecycles, from storyboarding and scripting to final delivery, led to my promotion to Senior Producer after one year at the company. This is when my knack for storytelling shined; I produced the “STEM Workforce Stories” video series, highlighting Deaf STEM professionals.

In 2020 when COVID hit in New York, I shifted into remote working. I took a chance on myself and decided to lean on my Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing to build my content writing portfolio. Since then, I’ve written editorials, newsletters, research reports, and articles for REVOLT Media & TV’s agency Six Zeroes. I’ve also published poetry and short stories in various online publications.

But that wasn’t enough for me. Identifying that the media industry moved at a pace that demanded I keep up, I attained a certificate in UX/UI Product Design at Flatiron School in 2024. This further bolstered my ability to understand my audience, to conduct research, and to design strategically written content and platforms with an emphasis on storytelling. I took this newfound education to REVOLT, where I learned how to leverage AI to conduct qualitative research to craft more informed content.

This is when it clicked for me. I strive to be a trusted writer who leverages research, and market and cultural trends to craft content that resonates with people, our users.

I’ve written featured and sponsored articles for Static Media’s Island website in 2025 using all the skills I’ve gathered up to this point, with my articles reaching the top 10 most trafficked pieces four weeks in a row.

One thing that’s consistent in my career journey is I tend to work with brands and companies that make meaningful change in our communities. It’s not enough for me to simply create, but to make sure I spend my time on meaningful matters.

And what matters to me now is to find a brand or company that lives on the intersection of my interests: human-centered storytelling empowered by strong market and audience research.
